At Nakie, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
